Cancellation is available only before the order is shipped. To cancel, access your order history and select “cancel” for pending orders. You’ll receive confirmation within 30 minutes. Return Policy:
You may return products within 12 days of delivery under specific conditions:
Products must have intact tags, be unused, and undamaged.
Return items in their original packaging.
If pickup isn’t offered, use any courier service to return to:

Self-Ship Instructions:
Use a reliable courier, enclose the invoice, and share the courier bill/receipt via email to support@nutrikona.com. Ensure the receipt shows package weight and essential details without edits.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items:
Report concerns within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nutrikona.com or +91 9289250251. Self-ship the product for inspection. We’ll issue refunds or exchanges upon successful inspection, subject to availability.

Refunds are processed within 12 working days upon receipt.
Refunds are made via the original payment mode.
Replacements follow product specifications on our website.
All refunds are in Indian Rupees.
