Orders from Nutrikona are shipped via standard courier services. Tracking information is typically provided via email and whatsapp once the order is dispatched.
Delivery times vary based on location but generally range from 3-7 business days within India.
For returns, exchanges, or complaints, Nutrikona will offer refund in case of received damaged product or seal broken with a 3 day return policy. But make sure the customer has proper video of unboxing the delivery parcel for reference. Customers can contact their support for assistance on same day of delivery.
You can cancel an order if delivery times are extended by contacting customer support before the order is dispatched. No cancellation is possible once the shipment is out for delivery.
Invoices are provided once the order is confirmed.
Nutrikona offers a variety of nutritional supplements including protein powders, pre-workout, intra-workout, post-workout supplements, daily essentials, men's essentials, fat burners, and vegan products.
Delivery generally takes 3-7 business days within India depend on Tier I,II & III cities.
Yes, Nutrikona allows returns , if customer received damaged product or seal broken for product within 3 days of purchase. Make sure the customer has proper video of unboxing the parcel for reference. Product will not be returned if it is consumed or partly consumed .Contact their customer support to initiate a return.
