As a former overweight child navigating the confusing world of βhealthyβ eating, I asked those questions every day. Frustrated by the lack of answers, I embarked on my own journey of discovery. Many brands hide their ingredients because they have something to conceal. Theyβd rather dazzle you with glossy images of indulgent treats than reveal the truth about artificial sugars, preservatives, and unpronounceable chemicals lurking within.
Iβm Jaivardhan, the founder of Nutrikona. My transformation from an obese kid to a fit adult fuels my passion for setting packaged food standards right. Over the years, Iβve shed over 40kgs, conquered marathons, and helped countless others embark on their fitness journeys.
